Sylwia Januszewska

Sylwia Januszewska has held various roles in the IT industry since 2000. Sylwia began their career at Atos Origin as a Quality Specialist, where they were responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System and increasing awareness of ITIL processes. Sylwia then moved on to become a Unix System Specialist, managing Sun workstations, administering Solaris servers, and supporting small client production applications. In 2009, they were promoted to Quality & Risk Manager at Atos Origin.

In 2010, Sylwia moved to Atos, where they held the positions of Security Manager of Managed Services in Atos Poland, Quality Manager/Security Officer/Internal Auditor, and CEE Chief Security Officer. In this role, they were in charge of the development, management and monitoring of the ISMS within the Central & Eastern Europe region, managing a team of Security Officers, supervising security audits, and leading security/safety crisis on the regional level.

In 2023, Sylwia joined Roqad as the Head of Privacy and Security.

Sylwia Januszewska received their Master of Mathematics, specializing in Computer Science, from Nicolaus Copernicus University between 1996 and 2001. Sylwia holds various certifications, including CISM from ISACA (2020), ISO 14001:2005 EMS Lead Auditor from BSI (2015), COBIT 5 Foundation from APMG-International (2015), Lead Auditor ISO 27001 from BSI (2008), Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG International (2011), ITIL Foundation from APMG International, Lead Auditor ISO 20000 from BSI, Lead Auditor ISO 9001 from BSI, and Prince 2 Foundation from APMG International.
