Business Process Manager Sampling Group at Roquette

Sebastien Maubourguet has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business process management and project management. Sebastien started their career in 2000 as a Laboratory Technician trainee at Ville de Longjumeau. Sebastien then worked as a Laboratory Technician at Université Paris-Sud and later became a Research Engineer in Microbiology at Danone. In 2002, they joined Chr. Hansen A/S as a Laboratory Technician and later became a Research Engineer in Microbiology. Sebastien then returned to Danone as a Research Engineer in Microbiology in 2004. In 2007, they joined Roquette as a Research Engineer in Microbiology and later became a Team Leader for Bio-Industry Solutions and Customer Technical Support. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Program Management Officer at Roquette, where they oversaw projects across various departments. Currently, Sebastien is working at Roquette as a Project Coordinator - Business Process Management (BPM) Lead, responsible for improving and maintaining key performance indicators and leading BPM initiatives.

Sebastien Maubourguet obtained a Green Belt level in Lean-Six Sigma from Cubik in 2020. In 2004, Sebastien achieved a Master's degree in Applied microbiology (food, biomedical and environment) from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, Sebastien earned various university diplomas (DEUG, LICENCE, MAITRISE) in Industrial Microbiology (fermentations), Microbiology and Virology, Molecular Genetic & Biology at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI).
