Rachael O'Neill

Rachael O'Neill is a seasoned sales and management professional with extensive experience in the retail and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Canada and the US Midwest at ROSA CLARÁ GROUP since February 2022, Rachael has held various leadership positions including Store Manager at Laura Canada and multiple roles at David's Bridal, where responsibilities included District Manager and Senior Store Manager. Previous to that, Rachael was an Account Executive for Dior Canada, overseeing sales in South Western Ontario, Manitoba, and the Maritimes. Additionally, Rachael owned O'Neills Pub and Restaurant and worked as an Account Representative at Prestilux, contributing to the success of over 150 drug stores and department stores. Rachael's educational background includes a Business and Finance degree from West Cheshire College and ongoing studies at Fanshawe College.
