Arbia Smiti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arbia is the Founder and CEO of ROSALY, a Fintech for Good company that helps employees manage their budget and stream their earned wages. Arbia also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Expon Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology companies. Arbia has served as a Business Mentor at Techstars and a Startup Mentor and Selection Committee Member at Wilco. Arbia was a Selection Board Member at STATION F and an Ambassador of French Tech. Arbia has also worked as a Senior Advisor for various tech startups and as the Founder and CEO of CDM (Carnet de Mode), a global marketplace for emerging fashion designers. Prior to that, they were a Fashion Purchasing Manager at TWS Group and an International Product Manager in Cosmetics at L'OREAL GROUP.

Arbia SMITI started their education journey in 2004 at Ecole Supérieure du Bois, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree. Arbia studied there until 2007. In 2006, they also participated in the ERASMUS Student Exchange Program at the University of Hamburg. Afterwards, from 2007 to 2009, Arbia SMITI attended ESCP Business School, where they focused on Marketing & Communication and obtained a Master's degree in that field.
