Jennifer Olsen

Jennifer Olsen is an accomplished public health leader with extensive experience in caregiving, health policy, and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers since 2018, Jennifer transitioned the organization to independence and oversees its administration, strategy, and fundraising efforts. Prior roles include Health & Aging Policy Fellow at the American Political Science Association and Manager of Pandemics at the Skoll Global Threats Fund, where Jennifer managed significant budgets and launched innovative health initiatives. Jennifer's career began with various roles in public health, including as Fusion Division Director at the US Department of Health & Human Services, where notable achievements included developing operational frameworks for emergency responses. Educational credentials include a DrPH in Public Health Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MPH in Epidemiology from The George Washington University.
