Mandy Fuller Barr

Mandy Fuller Barr is an experienced Engagement Specialist at the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, where responsibilities include supporting caregivers, managing program outreach, and ensuring positive outcomes through data collection and evidence-based practices.
