Alexander Belkin is a seasoned professional in strategic communications and public policy, currently serving as the Strategic Communications Manager at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom," where responsibilities include managing internal and external communications for the Center for Nuclear Technology Research and Development in Bolivia.
