Polina Lion

Polina Lion currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom," responsible for developing the sustainability management system and aligning business processes with international sustainability standards since February 2019. Previously, Polina held the position of Vice-President on Strategy at Rosatom Overseas, where strategic initiatives for small modular reactors and research reactor centers were developed. Polina's experience includes leading strategic development at the Export Insurance Agency of Russia and roles in international business restructuring at Rosatom, where significant projects like the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant were launched. Polina began a career in strategy analysis and corporate consulting in notable firms such as Power Machines and Russian Machines. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and further studies at The London School of Economics and Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
