Anthony Lombardo

Anthony Lombardo, CPA, possesses extensive experience in property accounting and auditing. Since July 2011, Anthony has served as a Senior Property Accountant at Rose Associates, Inc., where responsibilities include performing month-end and year-end adjustments, as well as maintaining workpapers and general ledgers while working on development projects and job-costs-to-budget. Previously, Anthony worked as a Property Accountant at PKF, LLP from December 2009 to June 2011, leading audit teams for various Coop and Condominium clients. Anthony's career began in accounting roles at Colabella & Company and Shoprite, handling audit analyses and financial transactions respectively. Anthony holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
