Ashley Beth Carroll

Ashley Beth Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community management, social impact, and project management. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Rose Associates since January 2019, Ashley has also held roles such as Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Sales Representative. As Managing Director of BESOMEONE WORLDWIDE, Ashley is dedicated to fostering social and economic progress in underserved communities. Additionally, as the Co-Founder of Action Wednesday, Ashley champions gender equality and empowers individuals through actionable initiatives. Previous experience includes project management with Building Bridges Worldwide, Inc., where Ashley contributed to significant relief efforts following the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Earlier in the career, Ashley held various analytical and production roles at Liberty International Underwriters, CBS News, and ABC News. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre and Broadcast Communication from Florida State University.
