Carmelita Galicia-Munoz

Carmelita Galicia-Munoz is a Philanthropy Advisor at Rose Community Foundation since July 2023, where responsibilities include supporting donor-advised fundholders and philanthropic partners in aligning their charitable giving with personal values. Prior to this role, Carmelita served as Alumni Support Manager at STRIVE Prep from July 2022 to June 2023, facilitating connections between alumni and post-secondary institutions. Carmelita’s experience also includes serving as Director at The Donnell-Kay Foundation from April 2011 to June 2022, managing accounting, finances, and human resources while leading various projects. Earlier in their career, Carmelita worked with Kimpton Hotels, initially as Conference Services Manager and later as Catering Coordinator and Catering Sales Manager. Carmelita holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University.
