Charles Davison has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. Charles began their career at Charter Communications as a Customer Service/Technical Operations Supervisor, where they worked for five years. After that, they joined Hot Topic as an Internet/Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for training and managing a team of customer service representatives. Charles then moved on to Time Warner Cable, where they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor, handling responsibilities such as reporting, training, and workforce management. Currently, Charles is the Director of Cemetery Operations at Rose Hills Memorial Park, where they oversee cemetery administration, at-need operations, and various projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Charles Davison obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they attended Rio Hondo College from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Charles also holds a High School Diploma in Construction Technology from Don Bosco Technical Institute, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Charles has obtained various certifications, including Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning in September 2022, Cemetery Manager and Crematory Manager from the California Department of Consumer Affairs- Cemetery and Funeral Bureau in May 2018 and July 2017 respectively, Notary Public from the State of California in January 2015, Crematory Operator Certification from the Association of California Cremationists in January 2014, and Cemetery Salesperson from the California Department of Consumer Affairs- Cemetery and Funeral Bureau in September 2012.
