Johnny Clark

Johnny Clark currently serves as the Director of Business Integration (M&A) at Rose Paving LLC, successfully overseeing the integration of newly acquired businesses into the operational model while emphasizing cultural, procedural, and technological effectiveness. With extensive experience in operations and management, Johnny has previously held leadership roles including Director of Operations at Rose Paving, Operations Leader at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, and President at both Working Upstream, LLC and Fitness Systems, Inc. Additionally, Johnny has a strong financial background, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Fitness Systems, Inc. and Director of Management & Financial Consulting at the LSU Business Incubator. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Louisiana State University.
