Mike Faber

Mike Faber is an experienced professional in procurement and operations management with a robust background in the transportation and contracting industries. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement-West at Rose Paving LLC since February 2018, Mike Faber oversees a team of estimators and is responsible for the procurement processes across the western region of the United States, including the development of new subcontractors. Previous roles include positions as Senior National Account Manager-Team Lead and National Operations Manager at Rose Paving LLC, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating pricing and managing jobs for national customers. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager at St. Laurence High School, overseeing financial decisions and contract negotiations, as well as roles in operations management at C.R. England and Knight Transportation. Mike Faber holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University.
