Nick Lombardo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as CFO and COO at Rosebud Restaurant Group since February 2007. In this role, Nick has held various positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and General Manager at Carmines, where responsibilities included overseeing beverage operations. Additionally, Nick is a Partner and General Manager at Rosebud Naperville, contributing to the growth of the restaurant group alongside a dedicated executive team. Prior experience includes working as a Student Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from August 2010 to May 2011. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
