Michael Caso

Michael Caso is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and President of Rosecliff, a leading alternative asset management firm. He also serves on the firm’s Management Committee and co-head of its Investment Committee. At Rosecliff, Michael has launched seven alternative investment funds, led investments in over 100 portfolio companies, and raised over $1 billion in assets under management from investors. Some of his highlighted investments include: Allbirds, Ro, Thirty Madison, PIPE, Postmates, Hyperice, WheelsUP, Petal, ZenBusiness.

Separate from Rosecliff, he is also the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Rosecliff Capital Advisory, an asset management firm that specializes in providing complex investment strategies that generate competitive risk-adjusted returns through structured portfolios.

In 2021, Michael became a Founding Member and Sponsor of Rosecliff Acquisition Corp (RCLF). RCLF went public on the Nasdaq to focus on merging with a technology enabled business. As of November 2021, the public entity has agreed to merge with Gett Inc, a software and logistics business that optimizes ground transportation management for corporates.

Michael was awarded the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 for his excellence and success in the venture capital industry. He was also recognized in VCJ as a Top 30 Rising Star in VC.

Michael graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 2022, he is graduating from Cornell University with a Masters of Business Administration.
