Caris R.

Caris R. is an experienced marketing professional and advocate for women in the film industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Rosedene Nurseries since May 2023, Caris oversees brand identity, marketing, events, partnerships, and communications. As the Founder of Rianne Pictures, a non-profit organization supporting women in film, and the Festival Director of the Women X Film Festival, Caris plays a key role in promoting female filmmakers and managing successful film events. Additional contributions include being a BIFA Awards Voter and an operations and film programmer for the Sunderland Shorts Film Festival. Previous roles include guest programming for Aesthetica Magazine's Short Film Festival and client management in various capacities across multiple organizations. Caris was recognized as Manager of the Month at Rosedene Nurseries in July-August 2023.
