Bernice Marshall-Simmons

Bernice Marshall-Simmons is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of HR, Benefits & Labor at Roselle Borough Public Schools since October 2018, after previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources, Benefits & Labor Relations. Prior roles include Director of Human Capital Strategy Recruitment and Retention at Paterson Public Schools, and various human resources positions at Newark Public Schools, Perth Amboy Public Schools, and Paterson Public School District. Bernice's earlier experience includes a role as Human Resource Manager at Consolidated Edison of New York. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Management & Policy from Seton Hall University, along with an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Training and Development. A Bachelor of Science in Business Management was also obtained from Seton Hall University.
