Dr. Erik Leite has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Vice Principal and Principal at Roselle Borough Public Schools since 2000. Dr. Leite specializes in the implementation and training related to PARCC and Smarter Balanced assessments, having facilitated various training sessions, conducted curriculum gap analyses, and guided staff in the creation of assessment questions. Additionally, Dr. Leite utilized the Charlotte Danielson model for teacher evaluations, actively engaged in professional development, encouraged parent involvement, and oversaw staff hiring and scheduling. Prior to leadership roles, Dr. Leite worked as a Science Teacher at Grace Wilday Junior High School. Dr. Leite holds a Doctorate in Service Leadership in Education from the College of Saint Elizabeth, a Master’s in Administration from Saint Peter's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
