Rhonda Woodruff has vast experience in various roles and industries. Rhonda started their career as the Director of Training at the Small Business Development Center at Idaho State University, where they managed the office, designed and managed the website, and increased the number of training sessions. Rhonda then worked as the Manager in Training at Hertz, where they managed the branch at a 5-star hotel and handled direct sales of car rentals and insurance rentals. Rhonda also served as the Director of Operations at Food Share America/SHARE, where they managed the main office and warehouse, purchased inventory, and handled product sorting and shipping.
Afterwards, Rhonda served as a Loan Officer at Ace Financial Services, where they managed collections and processed loans. Rhonda then joined Idaho State University again, this time as the Associate Director of Graduate School Operations. In this role, they formed strategic alliances and built relationships with various departments and administrative staff to meet goals and objectives. Rhonda also supervised the Graduate School staff and focused on student recruitment, retention, graduation success, and other student affairs.
Rhonda then worked as the Director of Operations at Lighten Home Health and Hospice, where they partnered with the Administrator and Director of Clinical Services to effectively manage the day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with standards. Rhonda'sresponsibilities included managing certified nursing assistants, scheduling, providing guidance and leadership, and ensuring proper patient care.
Prior to their current position, Rhonda worked as the Business Services Manager at Roseman University of Health Sciences, where they served as the system administrator for software programs, managed procurement processes, and coordinated and monitored lease management. Rhonda is currently serving as the Director of Facilities Administration at the same university, overseeing the administrative operations of the Facilities Management Unit and supervising staff. Rhonda'sresponsibilities include managing contracts, work order systems, training platforms, and facilities accounting processes, as well as handling insurance certificates for the University.

Rhonda Woodruff's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University in 2006. Rhonda also received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Studies from Idaho State University between 1995 and 2004.
