Darrell Finneman

Darrell Finneman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Darrell began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Supra Products in 1997 and then moved on to Rosen Products, Inc in 1998, where they continued to work as a Mechanical Engineer until 2002. At Xerox, Darrell served as a Mechanical Engineer from 2002 to 2007.

In 2007, Darrell joined Rosen Aviation and held various leadership positions. Darrell started as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2007 and later became a Mechanical Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they supervised and directed the mechanical engineering staff, collaborated with customers and suppliers, and developed new product proposals.

In 2012, Darrell was promoted to the role of Director of Engineering, where they contributed to the overall strategic direction of the company. Darrell then became the Vice President of Engineering in 2015, overseeing teams responsible for Research & Development, Design and Test Engineering, and Reliability.
