Valerie Martinez, CWP, currently serves as a Convention Services Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts since May 2021 and concurrently holds the position of Director of Community Relations at The Bridal Society since July 2020. Previously, Valerie worked as a Sales Manager in the Bridal Market at Earl Enterprises for nearly a year, and spent over 13 years at Rosen Shingle Creek in various roles including Catering Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, and Group Housing Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Catering Sales Manager at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, Reception at PTS Office Systems, and Character Performer at Walt Disney World. Valerie's career in hospitality began at Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Center as Front Office Supervisor. Valerie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University, completing studies in 2002.
