Michelle Dickson

Michelle Dickson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, mental health training, and eLearning. Currently serving as the Head of Project and Workshop Support at Roses in the Ocean since May 2022, Michelle previously owned Mental Health Aware Australia, delivering Mental Health First Aid Training from September 2020 to July 2022. Michelle's experience also includes a role as a Suicide Prevention Peer Support Worker with South Western Sydney Local Health District and significant tenure at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities spanned from Executive Manager of Group Learning Design to various positions in personal banking and eLearning. Early career experiences at St George Bank involved multiple frontline, training, and leadership roles. Michelle holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health from TAFE NSW, a Master of Arts in eLearning from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management and Development from Southern Cross University.
