Erin Ferro

Erin Ferro currently serves as the Branch Executive Director at the YMCA of York and York County, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Erin held multiple positions within the same organization, including Membership and Aquatic Director, Aquatics Director, and Aquatic Assistant from August 2012 to March 2021. Erin's experience in aquatic instruction began as a Swim Instructor for the Dallastown Area School District from March 2006 to February 2016, and as a Lifeguard at Regents' Glen Country Club from May 2009 to September 2011. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from York College of Pennsylvania, acquired between 2009 and 2012.
