Paola Mirioni

Paola Mirioni currently serves as the Employer Branding & Communication Manager at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies, beginning in April 2024. Previously, Paola held the position of Talent Attraction | Employer Branding Associate Manager at Accenture Italia from January 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included media coordination, internal initiatives, and engagement for recruitment teams across Italy and Central Europe. Prior to that, Paola was with KPMG Italy from May 2017 to December 2021, serving as the People Engagement and DE&I Lead, responsible for shaping engagement strategies, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and well-being programs. An extensive career in human resources communication spans roles at Human Value HR Solutions, Paysage, AFII - Invest in France Agency, and the Canadian Consulate General. Paola holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, and New Technologies from 24ORE Business School and has acquired additional qualifications in Digital Strategy and Social Media Marketing.
