Denise Smelter

Denise Smelter has an extensive background in human resources and talent acquisition, with experience spanning several hotel groups. Denise most recently worked at Rosewood Hotel Group as the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture Wien & Schloss Fuschl. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels, mrp hotels, and XENIOS Management GmbH. Denise also served as the Human Resources Manager at Carlton Hotel St. Moritz and 25hours Hotels. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hilton Austria in talent acquisition and human resources coordination roles, and at MRP hotels as a consultance management trainee and junior consultant. Denise began their career as a Sales & Marketing Trainee at Rocco Forte Hotels, where they later worked as a Human Resources & Quality Management Trainee.

Denise Smelter received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Hospitality Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences in the years 2010 to 2014. Denise also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University from 2012 to 2013.
