Kevin Monahan is an accomplished engineering and facilities management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rosewood Miramar Beach since September 2023, Kevin previously held the role of Director Of Facilities at The Resort at Paws Up from March 2022 to September 2023. Prior positions include Corporate Director of Engineering at Edward Thomas Collection, where responsibilities encompassed engineering oversight across multiple locations, and Division Maintenance Director at Atria Senior Living Group, ensuring high-quality facility maintenance for twenty-five senior living communities in California. Kevin's earlier experience includes over a decade as Senior Director of Engineering for Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants and a significant tenure at Marriott International as Chief Engineer. Kevin holds multiple accreditations in asbestos management and occupational safety from the University of California, Berkeley, and other institutions.
