Andy Harris

Andy Harris is an experienced executive in the chemical and specialty materials industries, currently serving as the President of North American Strategies and Managing Director at STS Capital Partners since April 2020, where responsibilities include guiding clients through strategic business sales. Additionally, Andy holds the position of Operating Partner at Rosewood Private Investments. Previous roles include CEO of Vantage Specialty Chemicals, leading the company in producing specialty ingredients for various markets, and President and CEO at Accella Performance Materials, where Andy transformed a leading independent polyurethane systems business. Andy also has a significant background in sales and marketing leadership across multiple organizations, including Syrgis Performance Products and Burkert Fluid Controls. Andy earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
