Sheron Kaviua serves as the Mine Manager and Vice President of Operations at Rosh Pinah Zinc since July 2022, focusing on the sustainable and profitable management of mine operations. Previously, Sheron Kaviua held numerous roles at Trevali from April 2016 to July 2022, including Technical Services Manager and Mineral Resources Manager, contributing to the digital transformation and profitability of mining operations. Sheron Kaviua's career also includes positions at Exxaro Resources as a Senior Production Geologist and as a Principal Consultant at Ewe Geological Services. Further experience includes roles as a Mine Geologist at Areva and Langer Heinrich Mine, as well as starting the career as a Graduate Geologist at Anglo American. Sheron Kaviua holds an extensive academic background in geology and mining, with degrees and diplomas from various institutions, including an MBA in Project Management and a Master in Engineering by Research in Mining and Mineral Engineering.
