Adam Stern

Adam Stern is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity, corporate development, and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at Clarity Growth Partners since October 2019, Adam specializes in building value in lower middle market businesses. Concurrently, Adam holds positions as Director at CarData and RosmanSearch, Inc., focusing on technology-driven vehicle reimbursement solutions and executive search in neuroscience, respectively. As a Strategic Advisor at Maven Equity Partners, Adam collaborates with entrepreneurs in the search fund asset class to grow small businesses. Prior roles include Senior Director and General Manager at Paychex, following the acquisition of Advance Partners, where Adam served as President. Adam's early career included leadership at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving and as a Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Adam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
