Vladimir Maksimov has a range of work experience in the financial sector. Vladimir has worked at Rosneft since 2007, starting as a Reporting Manager and progressing to various roles, including Financial Analyst, Deputy Head of Financial Reporting Analysis, Deputy Head of Consolidated Internal Reporting, and eventually becoming the Head of Consolidated Internal Reporting. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Internal Financial Reporting and Monitoring at the Consolidated Reporting and Methodology Department at Rosneft. Prior to their time at Rosneft, Vladimir worked as an Auditor at KPMG Russia from 2006 to 2007.
Vladimir Maksimov pursued their education at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) from 2002 to 2007. There, they obtained a Specialist degree in Economics and Management in the Oil and Gas Industry. Vladimir then went on to join the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2006 and became a Member in 2012. In 2013, Vladimir Maksimov enrolled in The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and completed their studies in 2015, earning the designation of Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
