Irina Kozhakina

Irina Kozhakina has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Irina started as a Recruiter and Market Developer at HR agency "Personal" from 2007 to 2008. Irina then worked as a Payroll Economist and later as an HR Specialist at Irkutskenergo from 2008 to 2011. Irina joined Quarta VK as an IT Support Specialist for HR projects from July 2011 to December 2011. After that, they worked at Schlumberger where they held the roles of HR IT - SAP Champion from January 2012 to January 2013 and HR IT Project Manager for the Time Reporting Project from January 2013 to February 2014. Irina'smost recent role was at Rosneft where they worked as an HR IT Change Manager starting from February 2014.

Irina Kozhakina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics from Baikal National University of Economics and Law in 2009. Irina then continued their education at the same institution and received a Master's degree in Information Technology in 2011. Additionally, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a specialization in Psychology in Economics and Management at Baikal National University of Economics and Law.
