Sergey Pertsel

Sergey Pertsel's work experience starts in 2005 at RusHydro OAO, where they worked as a Lead specialist in the Department of Planning and budgeting. In 2006, they moved to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as a Consultant in the Oil & Gas consulting team. Sergey then joined TNK BP in 2007, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager in the Gas and Power division and Commercial Manager in the Strategy and New Business Development department. In 2013, Pertsel joined Rosneft as a Business Development Manager in the Gas business development department.

Sergey Pertsel pursued their education at Special English high school N49 from 1995 to 2000, although the degree name and field of study for this period are unknown. Sergey then went on to earn a Master's degree in International Fuel and Energy Business from Moscow State University of Management, studying there from 2000 to 2005.
