Shea Light

Shea Light is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently working at Ross Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shea held several managerial positions, including store manager at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from September 2017 to September 2022, and at EVEREVE from May 2016 to September 2017. Shea's career also includes a significant tenure as store manager at Brighton Collectibles from June 2011 to May 2016, and as operations manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from February 2002 to June 2011. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas, earned between 2000 and 2004.
