Joel Finley

Joel Finley is an experienced finance and corporate strategy leader currently serving as Group Vice President of Finance at Ross Stores, Inc. since July 2016. Finley has led diverse projects across merchandising, finance, business development, operations, and HR to implement company-wide strategies. Prior experience includes positions at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2016, where Finley managed teams and executed brand transformation initiatives for various sectors, including retail and healthcare. Earlier roles involved consulting and marketing at companies such as John Deere and Kurt Salmon, as well as various positions in the non-profit sector focusing on efficiency and revenue growth. Finley holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
