Service Delivery Systems Specialist at Ross Video

Stacey Moore, ECBA™, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade.

Starting in 2009, Stacey worked as a Cashier at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they processed grocery sales, assisted with stocking shelves, and supervised self-scan cash registers. Stacey also directed customers to different store departments and organized employee break schedules.

In 2010, Stacey joined D+H as a Customer Service Representative. Their responsibilities included answering customer inquiries and maintenance requests in an inbound call center for a financial institution. Stacey resolved escalated customer issues and assisted with hiring, training, and testing new CRM systems.

From 2011 to 2012, Stacey worked as an Administrative Assistant at Ross Video. Stacey processed sales and service contract orders, arranged global shipments for technical support warranty swaps and demo equipment, and assisted the Sales Team with quotes and customer inquiries.

In 2012, Stacey transitioned to the role of Scheduler; Demonstrations Artists, Trainers, and Commissioning at Ross Video. Their responsibilities included scheduling personnel for equipment demonstrations, training, and commissioning. Stacey also built and maintained reports.

In 2014, Stacey took on the position of Content Development Specialist at Ross Video. Stacey developed e-learning content, administered the learning management system, and liaised with other departments to determine training needs. Additionally, they provided SalesForce and Paramount Workplace administration support.

Most recently, in 2019, Stacey became a Service Delivery Systems Specialist at Ross Video. In this role, they provide support and guidance for the development of systems and processes used by Services teams. Stacey helps with team training and documentation for new implementations, as well as develops and maintains reports and dashboards. The end date for this role is not specified.

Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service, problem-solving, and administration.

Stacey Moore, ECBA™, has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended Queen's University, where they obtained a Special Education Level I Certificate. The field of study for this certificate is not specified. From 2008 to 2009, Stacey pursued their Bachelor of Education (BEd) at Lakehead University, specializing in Junior-Intermediate English. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Linguistics, and Philosophy at the University of Ottawa.

In terms of additional certifications, Stacey obtained the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ from the IIBA in November 2021.
