Jeff Mayer has a diverse work experience in the field of media production. Jeff started their career as a Newscast Director at WTOC-TV in 2000, where they directed and technical directed newscasts and produced local programming. In 2002, they transitioned to Waterman Broadcasting as an Assistant Director of Production, where they supervised the production staff and ensured high production values for ABC7 and NBC2 newscasts. In 2013, Jeff joined Lee County School District as a Teacher, where they taught Television Production and Digital Design at Fort Myers High School and advised on student-produced projects. Jeff also worked as a Coordinating Producer for ESPN at Florida Gulf Coast University, where they produced basketball games for broadcast on ESPN3 and ESPN+ and ensured the production quality met ESPN standards. Jeff's most recent role is at Ross Video as an XPression Demonstration Artist and Trainer, where they specialize in demonstrating and training others on the XPression graphics and motion systems.
Jeff Mayer attended Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Television, Radio, and Film Production.
