Shalin Lathigra

Shalin Lathigra has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career at Shoppers Drug Mart in 2015 as a Pharmacy Assistant, where they worked until 2016. In 2018, they worked at Ross Video as a Software Developer (Co-op) for four months, during which they gained experience in C, XML, and Javascript while working on the front end of two products. Their responsibilities included bugfixes, small-scale feature implementation, and providing support for senior developers. They also worked closely with the PV team to execute and update a large test sheet in Excel. In 2019, they worked at Hydro Ottawa as a Summer Student. In 2020, they returned to Ross Video as a Software Developer (Co-op), and in 2021, they continued their journey at Ross Video as a Software Developer, supporting test automation efforts, designing software image builds and upgrade flows, and assisting in large-scale lab re-organization.

Shalin Lathigra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Carleton University from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Ontario High School Diploma at Bayridge Secondary School from 2012 to 2016.
