Tassiano Neuhaus has a diverse work experience in software engineering and project coordination. Tassiano started their career as a Trainee at Embratec Good Card in 2006. Tassiano then worked at Datacom as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they developed software for telecom multiplexer and Ethernet switches equipment. Tassiano also worked on developing libraries for code reuse and ensured equipment quality through documentation and testing. At HP, Tassiano focused on graphics virtualization over a Xen hypervisor, contributing to research and development in this area. During their time at Datacom as an Embedded Software Engineer, they worked on embedded software development for Ethernet switches and utilized libraries for code reuse. Tassiano also served as a Project Coordinator at Datacom, responsible for collecting and prioritizing requirements with customers and scheduling tasks using Agile methodology. At Coveloz, Tassiano served as a Software Engineer, leading the development of Linux embedded systems for audio and video transport over IP/Ethernet networks. Tassiano provided technical leadership to the software team and collaborated with other groups within the company. Currently, Tassiano works at Ross Video as a Lead Software Architect, where they provide technical leadership and architectural definition for multiple software teams in the Infrastructure branch. Tassiano supports team leaders in software scope definition and spread knowledge internally to optimize development and expertise within the group.
Tassiano Neuhaus obtained their Master's degree in Controller of Nonlinear Systems from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, starting in the year 2009 and completing it in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the same university from 2003 to 2008, graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
