Thérèse El-Lati McKenna

Thérèse El-Lati McKenna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Currently, they are working as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Ross Video since June 2022.

Before joining Ross Video, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Hourglass HR from October 2021 to June 2022, where they were responsible for recruiting for various industries such as tech, medical, and mining. Their role included studying job descriptions, interviewing applicants, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Prior to their role at Hourglass HR, they worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Terrace Wellness Group from March 2021 to October 2021.

Thérèse also has experience working as a Dispatcher at Priority Patient Transfer Service from August 2020 to March 2021.

Before transitioning to the recruiting and therapy fields, Thérèse worked as a Sales Clerk at Chado's New Auto Parts from June 2018 to May 2020, and as a Grocery Clerk at Groupe Adonis Inc. from June 2016 to May 2017.

Thérèse also gained experience as a General Worker at Cosmic Adventures from June 2012 to August 2014, and as a Coach at Tsunami Karate and Wrestling Academy from June 2011 to August 2014.
