RRJ, as he is fondly referred to, leads the Program Management and Manufacturing Engineering functions.

Formerly a senior air-force officer, an accomplished professional, with over two decades of experience, providing techno-managerial leadership in diverse programs of Aviation, Communication, Maintenance establishments and Electronic Warfare. Detail oriented and a strong advocate of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, hands-on approach for achieving program objectives. Excels in resolving problems.

He has Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Management from IIT Kharagpur. He is a trained internal auditor for AS9100, ISO 9001.He is also a Member of Computer Society of India, Life Member National Institute of Personnel Management.
