Pavel Basin

Pavel Basin has extensive work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Pavel'smost recent position was as the Chief Executive Officer at Digital Transformation Lab starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CEO and Member of the Board at Rostec Rosinformexport since May 2016. Pavel also held the role of Vice President at State Corporate "Rostec" National IT Center starting in January 2015. Before joining Rostec, Pavel worked at IBM for several years in different positions, including Business Development Executive, Team Leader Competitive Sales, Cross-brand sales, Client Representative Business Partner, and Local Reseller Manager/Territory Partner Manager. Pavel began their career at Light Communications, Inc. in sales and later moved to KPBS (Krikunov & Partners Business Systems) also in a sales role.

Pavel Basin completed their Master's degree from Moscow State Technical University "MAMI" (Institute of Automobile Technology and Management) from 1994 to 2000. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Moscow State Open University (MSOU). Later in 2011 to 2012, they attended the London Business School to gain insights into the business industry.
