Cristina Mateescu

Cristina Mateescu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Rosti Group since December 2016, Cristina previously held the position of Administration & Business Controlling Manager at Auchan Retail from January 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, Cristina worked as the Regional Store Controller for real,- Hypermarket Romania, overseeing multiple locations. Earlier career roles include HR Process Optimization Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at Manpower Romania, along with HR positions at METRO Cash&Carry Romania and Farmexpert. Cristina began their career as a Direct Sales Executive at ABN AMRO Bank. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bucharest, completed in 2008.
