Yap Wai Luen is an experienced production professional with a career spanning over two decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Rosti Group since March 2013, Yap is responsible for monitoring production progress, analyzing schedules based on customer requirements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient product flow. Prior experience includes roles as Production Control Manager, Assembly Manager, and Production Engineer at JK Wire Harness Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production planning, customer liaison, and engineering activities. Yap holds a degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Kolej Damansara Utama and completed secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Taman Desa.
