Brianna Jackson is an experienced professional currently serving as Customer Training & Support Manager at Rota since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Customer Onboarding Associate. Brianna's tenure at Rota began in July 2018 as a Talent and Account Manager, where responsibilities included assessing and recruiting new candidates and building client relationships. Complementing this experience, Brianna has also worked in front-of-house roles at Unusual Venues Edinburgh and the National Trust for Scotland.
