Jumana Kakish

Jumana Kakish has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jumana started their career in 2007 as an Assistant in the IT Department at the University of Balamand. Jumana later worked as a Computer Teacher at Amman Academy School from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group and served as a Personal Assistant to the Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea and as a PA to AGM. Jumana also became a Champion for the Crowne Plaza Service Behavior Training, conducting training sessions for hotel employees. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Personal Assistant to the Area General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa. In 2013, they joined Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, and later became the Director of Human Resources at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana in 2017. In their role, they focused on performance management, compensation management, succession planning, and talent management.

Jumana Kakish earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science- Information Systems with a minor in Business from the University of Balamand from 2005 to 2009. Prior to this, they completed their International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and O-levels and A-levels at Amman Baptist School from 2002 to 2005.
