Brenda Ellinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brenda started their career at JP Morgan as an Asset Management Services Supervisor from June 1997 to October 2000. Brenda then worked as a Conversion Management Manager at BNY Clearing Services from November 2000 to December 2003. Brenda joined Ameriprise Financial as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2004 to October 2004 and later returned from September 2006 to December 2007. At Northwestern Mutual Life, they served as a Senior Business Analyst from November 2004 to July 2006. Brenda worked as a Senior Business Analyst at NOVON Consulting from April 2004 to April 2008, specializing in projects related to Broker Dealer assessments and conversions. Brenda then joined Raymond James through NOVON Consulting, where they developed a conversion process adhering to regulations and standards from January 2008 to April 2008. Brenda worked as a Senior Business Analyst at M&I Bank through Kforce Technology Staffing from May 2008 to February 2009. Subsequently, they joined Rotary International and held various roles, including Senior Business Systems Analyst from May 2009 to June 2014, Systems Analyst/Technical Product Owner from July 2014 to May 2019, Senior Business Analyst from May 2019 to January 2022, and currently serves as a Scrum Master - Agile Delivery Lead starting from January 2022.

Brenda Ellinger attended Green Bay East High School from 1985 to 1988. Brenda then went on to pursue a BBA in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, Brenda has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019, Enterprise Architect from the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence in 2014, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2012, and DSDM Atern Foundation Examination from APMG International in 2011.
