Lauren Ten Hoor

Lauren ten Hoor is an accomplished engineering leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Rotate since August 2022, Lauren focuses on enhancing airlines' commercial decision-making through data-driven solutions. As the founder of multiple ventures, including Digiwil, Vital Steps, and Cat-Finder, Lauren has developed innovative online services that address personal and community needs. Previously, Lauren held key positions at Philips, where responsibilities included software engineering and project management related to healthcare data-sharing standards. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with an exchange program at Istanbul Technical University.
