Gerald Mars

Gerald Mars has had an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Gerald started at Martin Werbelow, LLP as a Staff Accountant in 1997, and later joined Roth Capital Partners as a Managing Director in 1999. After spending 8 years at Roth Capital Partners, they moved to Barrington Associates, a division of Wells Fargo Securities, where they held the position of Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Gerald then joined Euro Pacific Capital as the Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners since 2014.

Gerald Mars holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Accounting from San Diego State University. Gerald has also obtained certifications as a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in December 2019, and as a Certified Public Accountant from the California State Board of Accountancy in March 1999.
