Paul McTighe

Paul Mctighe is an accomplished Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various high-technology industries. Currently employed at Roth Staffing since August 2019, Paul focuses on mechanical design initiatives. Previously, Paul held roles at Varian Medical Systems, where tooling for Halcyon Systems production was designed, and LAM Research, where a complete ALD Bench Top Reactor was developed. Additional experience includes positions at Novellus Systems and ZELOS, contributing to the redesign of power distribution systems and modeling components for satellite applications, respectively. Early career experience encompasses significant contributions at BAE Systems, where design improvements for military vehicles were implemented, alongside troubleshooting and production oversight. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fresno State, along with an Associate's degree in Design/Drafting from the College of San Mateo.
